Lupin Digital Health and the American College of Cardiology (ACC) today announced a groundbreaking collaboration to provide in-home cardiovascular care in India using Digital Therapeutics (DTx). The goal of this collaboration is to hasten the implementation and adoption of DTx in cardiology in India. Lyfe, Lupin Digital Health's DTx platform, also intends to empower patients and their healthcare providers with tools to manage heart disorders at home, as well as to assist patients stay healthy following hospital release and avoid rehospitalization.
Lupin Digital Health will use ACC's CardioSmart platform, guidelines, and workbooks to help healthcare professionals and carers as part of this collaboration. Doctors, patients, and carers will have access to these capabilities via Lupin Digital Health's Lyfe app and website.
