During the meeting, comprehensive guidelines were discussed concerning the pivotal role of private healthcare facilities in supporting the electoral process. It was emphasized that hospitals should be fully prepared to cater to the medical needs of polling personnel, as well as the security forces deployed for election duties.

In his address,  Ananya Mittal stressed the need for round-the-clock readiness of hospital personnel and ambulance services. He highlighted the imperative of ensuring that all medical facilities remain operational and equipped to handle any unforeseen circumstances effectively. Furthermore, he proposed the integration of security forces with the Ayushman Bharat scheme to facilitate free treatment in private hospitals, thereby alleviating the burden on public healthcare institutions.
