Indo-Euro Synchronisation (IES) has announced the groundbreaking event 'Upskilling Certification Linked to Nursing Employment in Germany' in order to foster collaborations between Germany and India. This event acted as a catalyst, highlighting the abundance of lucrative career opportunities in the health sector, particularly in the field of nursing. IES has set an ambitious goal of selecting 2000 students from various regions across India in its inaugural year.
Comprehensive counselling and rigorous psychometric evaluations are used in the selection process, with a primary focus on B.Sc. Nursing students. IES intends to gradually increase this number in the coming years. Following successful selection, students will undergo intensive full-time training in Indian centres that has been meticulously designed to meet German standards. Following certification, all candidates will receive comprehensive assistance in obtaining desirable employment positions in Germany's healthcare industry. "It's truly my pleasure to introduce an innovative solution targeting the healthcare professional shortage, with a focus on India," said Lukas Rogge, head of global business operations at Calmoroi Germany. Our talented team is dedicated to addressing Germany's critical shortage of 1.8 million healthcare professionals.
