Caliber Introduces Four New AI Solutions for Pharma Manufacturing

Caliber, the industry's premier provider of digital solutions to the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, unveiled four new products aimed at driving quality control, quality assurance, manufacturing, and data insights.

The launch took place during Caliber Commune 2025, the firm's user forum conference, which was attended by more than 400 industry experts. These emerging solutions combine artificial intelligence (AI) and other advanced technologies to help life sciences organizations become "Pharma 4.0" ready, enhance compliance, and respond to the changing regulatory environment.

Among the launch products is CalGenie, a "pharma-focused, Gen AI-enabled tool" used to automate internal quality processes. It gives on-the-spot responses to questions, makes sophisticated calculations, and provides smart summaries.

CaliberMetrix is a monitoring tool for quality performance in conformity with the FDA's quality metrics guidance, and it gives real-time insights in order to help identify inefficiencies and reduce risks of noncompliance.

CaliberPulse is an analytics software tool that uses real-world data feeds to provide reliable predictions to aid firms in increasing proactiveness, sustainability, and cost-saving. CalWare360 is a warehouse management solution aimed at augmenting security, traceability, and compliance via computerized racking, live inventory tracking, and ERP and EBR system integration.

Caliber's CEO, Sekhar Surabhi, also serving as chair of ISPE India's Pharma 4.0 Community of Practice (CoP), reiterated that such innovations are aimed to overcome regulatory, technological, and economic hurdles. Caliber has also promoted CaliberLIMS4.0, a cutting-edge Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) enabling next-generation Quality Control (QC) labs.
