It is a common platform for all the National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare Providers (NABH) and National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories (NABL) accredited healthcare organizations.
It promotes a nationwide healthcare quality movement to create awareness among citizens and empower them to demand quality accreditation in healthcare services. It also establishes systems of evaluating and credentialing healthcare institutions and professionals in quality and patient safety.
