The company’s USP stems from its vision, which is to give babies a product which they can stay comfortable and happy in. As such, the firm has dedicated its capabilities to manufacturing a premium grade of products which is slightly more expensive and a standard grade of products, which is more economical, without any significant difference between the two categories.

“We are driven by a simple belief. Whether a baby is born in a high-income home, or a lower-income home, they should not suffer. Apart from this, the company has also introduced an innovative mosquito protection feature, and a 3D leak guard to all the diapers, making sure leakage is not an issue. But that’s not where it stops. Bumsuit has also introduced a bubble layer technology on the surface that comes in contact with the baby’s body, ensuring a soft and comfortable wearing experience. Additionally, a very unique feature is the mascot which is printed on all diapers. The mascot’s face is printed towards the front portion, and its tail on the back, making it simple to identify the front and the back of the diaper.

The firm imports pulp, which along with sap is the key ingredient in making diapers from Canada and Korea, the glue which needs to be strong and safe from another international MNC, and the plastic from yet another major international vendor.

“When it comes to quality, finding the appropriate vendors for raw materials is a non-negotiable practice for us. Additionally, when it comes to manufacturing, we adhere to pharma sector grade of manufacturing practices, which means that our antimicrobial products are made in a facility where even the air is free from microbial contamination. Our facilities are completely automated, and temperature controlled, so there is no interaction of our products with any kinds of contaminants

like dirt, sweat, or anything else”, further adds Manish.

In addition to ensuring manufacturing cleanliness, the company also conducts tests on manufactured products in a dedicated lab, making sure that every batch of products meets the high Bumsuit standards aligned with regulatory approved norms.
